Refund policy
**You do not need to notify us of your return/exchange prior to sending them to us. Would recommend saving your tracking info used to mail back returns/exchanges.
**If you are wanting to exchange an item, just please note that there is a chance that we could be sold out of the size that you need. If wanting to do an exchange, just include that information on the Return Form. If wanting to exchange a sale item and we no longer have your size, we will reach out to you and see if there is a different item you’d like, otherwise you will be issued store credit.
**If wanting to make an exchange, you will be invoiced for return shipping.
Please include the completed Return Form in your package. If you do not have one, print the above Return Form.
Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery date.
Returns must be received in “NEW” condition. {Unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and pet hair free. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. For example, if you purchase a pair of 7s and the tag on back of jean is ripped off, they are NO longer returnable. All tags must be on.
All sales of items that have been marked down are returnable for store credit ONLY!. Example, if you buy an item that was “on sale” such as a t-shirt now priced at $17 that was originally $29.95, this can only be returned for store credit.
International Shipping: UPS or USPS - Duty fees will be incurred upon delivery.
All items marked FINAL SALE are NOT returnable.
Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit never expires. We will email you a code for your store credit.
